Ala Amid is a family-run boutique hotel on a quiet lane in Puerto Princesa. We've been hosting guests since 2015 — couples on a long weekend, families on a school break, executives on an offsite, locals stopping in for cake. The team behind that is small, close, and looking for the right people to grow with us.
We don't post hard requirements. We post the kind of person we'd want next to us at six in the morning, when the first guest comes downstairs for breakfast.

Working alongside Sabie on cupcakes, custom cakes, and the daily lobby counter. Some pastry experience preferred, but craft is teachable; care is the harder thing to find.

For the cafe through the day. Greeting walk-ins, taking orders, plating, clearing, and remembering which regular drinks what. Filipino and conversational English both useful.

Check-in, check-out, tour bookings, the phone, the email inbox. The first face guests see and the last hand they shake. Calm under pressure; warm by default.

The rooms, the hallways, the public spaces. We hold to a standard a guest can feel without having to look for it. Eye for detail; pride in the work.
