8 B.M. Road, Barangay San Manuel, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. We're about a kilometer from BM Beach and Robinson's Place Mall — close enough to walk if it isn't midday, far enough to feel quiet.
About 4 km from Puerto Princesa International Airport — 10 to 20 minutes by car depending on traffic. Tricycles and Grab are easy to find at arrivals.
Yes — ₱1,000 per van per way. Send us your flight details when you book and we'll have a vehicle waiting at arrivals. We can also arrange a transfer back to the airport on your departure day.
Yes. Email reservations@amidpuertoprincesa.com with your pickup point and timing — ports, El Nido vans, anywhere in the city — and we'll quote it.
Easily. Tricycles run constantly along the main road — flag one down and you'll pay between ₱20 and ₱150 depending on distance. Grab works in Puerto Princesa for trips around town. For day tours, the agency we work with handles pickup and drop-off at the property. More on getting around in our journal.

The fastest way is to book direct on our reservations page. A one-night deposit confirms it — bank transfer, debit, or credit card all work. We'll send a confirmation email once it's received. You can also email reservations@amidpuertoprincesa.com directly if you'd rather start the conversation that way.
Check-in is 2:00 PM. Check-out is 12:00 noon.
Yes, subject to room availability. Early check-in or late check-out between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM is a flat ₱500. After 6:00 PM, standard overnight rates apply. Best to ask in advance — we'll do what we can to make it work.
Direct bookings require a non-refundable one-night deposit. Bookings via Agoda or Expedia follow their respective cancellation rules — refunds are usually possible if cancelled at least two weeks before arrival, but the exact terms depend on the rate type you chose.
For room deposits: bank transfer, debit, or credit card. For balances on arrival: cash (peso) or card. PayPal is accepted for full prepayment with a 6% service charge to cover the platform fee.

Breakfast is included with most rates — ask when you reserve so we can confirm what your specific booking covers. Either way, the kitchen is open from 6:00 AM and runs through the day. More on our kitchen here.
Yes, free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Speeds in Puerto Princesa aren't Manila-grade, but it's stable enough for video calls and streaming. If you're working remotely and need something dedicated, mention it on arrival and we'll point you to the strongest spots.
All rooms are non-smoking. There are designated outdoor areas for guests who smoke.
Children 12 and under stay free when sharing existing beds with paying adults. Children of any age are welcome — the in-house kitchen happily makes simpler dishes on request.
Yes — pets are welcome in Garden Suites only, with a minimal charge. The Garden Suites have direct access to the garden, which makes it workable. Email us in advance so we can confirm and prep the room accordingly.

Breakfast is laid out from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the garden cafe. If you have a 4 AM tour pickup, tell us the night before and we'll pack a takeaway breakfast for you.
Vegetarian, halal, gluten-free, dairy-free, allergies — flag it on your booking or message us before you arrive and the in-house kitchen team will plan around you. We're a small operation, so the more notice we have, the better we can prepare.
Yes — the cafe at the front of the property is open to walk-ins. Coffee, light meals from the in-house kitchen, and baked goods from Sabie Bakes. Read more about our dining here.
Sabie Bakes is an independently-owned bakery brand started in Cebu in 2013, now operating out of the kitchen at the front of the property. Healthy-choice cupcakes, designer cakes, dessert buffets, and the occasional design-studio class. sabiebakes.com.

All tours are run by licensed local agencies regulated by the Puerto Princesa city tourism office — fair pricing, proper insurance, and accountable operators. We coordinate the booking on your behalf so the prices and standards are consistent. See our tour and day-trip page.
Both. Booking in advance guarantees your slot, especially in peak months. If you decide on arrival, give us at least 24 hours' notice — that's the operator minimum.
A 20% non-refundable deposit confirms your slot. The balance is paid in cash on check-in, or fully via PayPal upfront with a 6% service charge.
Earliest pickup is 6:00 AM. Latest pickup varies: Underground River and Honda Bay tours leave by 8:00 AM at the latest; the City Tour starts at 2:00 PM.
Confirmed tours are final, and same-day cancellations aren't refundable. The exception is force majeure — a typhoon, a sea closure, anything that the operator declares unsafe. In those cases, the tour is rescheduled or refunded.

Yes — we have four venues on the property for weddings, milestone birthdays, corporate offsites, christenings, and reunions. Catering is by our in-house kitchen team. Coordination is handled in-house. Start with our gather page or send an inquiry through the form there.
Andrea Garden Hall — the flagship: up to 120 guests, air-conditioned, with full natural light from garden-facing windows. Set for weddings and celebrations.
Isabel Function Room — up to 35 at a long table, quiet and air-conditioned, built for boardroom-style work.
Gabe's Pavilion — the newly built room: up to 20 seated, air-conditioned, with accordion doors that fold open onto Gabe's Court when the brief shifts.
Gabe's Court — open-air courtyard under string lights: up to 80 standing, 50 seated. For evenings.

Yes — our in-house kitchen team handles catering (Filipino, fusion, finger food to full buffet). For decor, we offer themed setups (elegant, rustic, playful), or you can bring your own. Sound system, generator backup, parking, and a coordinator on the day are all included.

Yes — 24-hour generator backup. Brownouts happen in Palawan; the generator kicks in within seconds. Air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and the kitchen all stay on.
Yes — 20% off for valid Senior Citizen ID holders, calculated per guest on the room rate. Show the ID on check-in.

Dry season runs roughly November to May. The clearest water and most reliable boat days are March to early May. Rainy season (June to October) has its own quiet beauty — fewer crowds, lower rates, and the gardens at their greenest. Tours can be cancelled by sea closures, so build a buffer day if you're travelling in the wet months. We've written more in the journal.
