A note on response times.

We're a small family team. Reservations, tour bookings, and questions are all answered by the same people who'd hand you a cup of coffee at the door. Most emails get a reply within twenty-four hours, often sooner. If you've waited longer, please send a follow-up — sometimes a message lands in the wrong inbox.
