The one people come back for. A queen bed, a single for a young one or a fourth friend, and a set of French doors that open onto a private slab of the garden itself. Frangipani at the fence. Birds at six. A coffee ritual that requires no walking.

It is our most-requested room and the one we book friends into. The patio is a real room: big enough for two chairs, a small table, and a breakfast tray that arrives in the morning without your having to move. If you asked us which to book, it would be this one.
